I've just returned from another x months break from GW, and constantly read that "SF destroyed the economy".
It soon occurred to me that SF is not Searing Flames but Sorrow's Furnace. However, neither using search nor browsing the update notes could reveal to, why this area -- years after its introduction -- could all of a sudden destroy the game economy. Anyone cares to enlighten me? Last edited by cosyfiep; Jun 21, 2016 at 09:25 AM // 09:25.. |

SF=Shadow form.
It got updated so it could be permanantly maintained in PvE easily, and farming was loleasy. |

Ya, they extended the duration of Shadow Form in PvE and the Sin's where able to farm ecto's like a bat out of hell. Which caused a flood of little baby whiners, kicking and screaming to mommy Anet that the economy was going down in flames. So, being the good mommy, Anet changed UW to handle all those pesky bad bad Sins and now the whiners can happily go back to crying about Ursan.

For the explanation. (Yes, I think the GW players use too many abbrev's.) |
